Terms of Service

Welcome to CoinzCash. By accessing or using our platform at coinzcash.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use CoinzCash. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication settings.
• Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

3. Platform Description

CoinzCash is an advertising platform. Members purchase advertising (Verified Visits, banners, native ads, text ads) and receive Silver coins as part of their purchase. Silver determines a member's Level and share of the daily revenue pool, which is paid out in Gold coins. Gold can be withdrawn as cryptocurrency.

CoinzCash is not an investment platform. There are no guaranteed returns, fixed yields, or interest payments. Earnings depend on platform revenue, your activity level, and your Silver balance.

4. Silver and Gold Coins

• Silver is credited when you purchase advertising. Silver sets your Level and can be converted to Gold, spent on ad impressions, or staked.
• Gold is the withdrawal currency. Gold is earned by claiming Gold Ads (viewing an ad for 15 seconds). 1,000 Gold = $1 USD.
• Silver is consumed (burned) when Gold is created. 10 Silver = 1 Gold.
• Spending or staking Silver lowers your Level immediately.
• Silver and Gold have no value outside the CoinzCash platform and are not transferable between accounts.
• CoinzCash reserves the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and platform mechanics at any time.

5. Advertising Purchases

• All advertising purchases are in whole US dollars ($1, $2, $3, etc.). No fractional amounts.
• Purchases are processed through NowPayments (cryptocurrency only).
• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for advertising purchases, membership plans, or Vacation Passes.
• Advertising content is subject to review and must comply with our Advertising Policy.

6. Membership Plans

• CoinzCash offers optional membership plans (Go, Plus, Max, Ultra, Apex) that provide additional Silver per dollar and reduced withdrawal fees.
• Plans are billed for 30-day periods. Plans do not auto-renew.
• Plan benefits apply only while the plan is active. When a plan expires, associated benefits cease.
• Plan purchases are non-refundable.

7. Daily Activation

To receive Silver Ads and Gold Ads, you must complete 5 Activate Ads daily (each requiring 15 seconds of viewing). Failure to activate means you will not receive earnings the following day. Vacation Pass holders are exempt from this requirement for Gold Ads only.

8. Staking

• You may stake Silver to receive a share of the Streak Pool, paid as Gold Ads.
• Staked Silver is deducted from your balance immediately. Your Level may decrease.
• Pending stakes can be canceled before the daily lock time (00:30 UTC). Once locked, stakes cannot be canceled.
• Silver used to create your Stake Gold Ads is burned permanently. Remaining Silver is returned after payout.
• Unclaimed Stake Gold Ads expire after 20 hours. Burned Silver is not refunded.

9. Withdrawals

• Gold can be withdrawn as cryptocurrency via NowPayments.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is set by CoinzCash and may vary by cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawal fees apply based on your membership plan (2%–7%).
• Withdrawals require two-factor authentication verification.
• CoinzCash reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud or terms violations are suspected.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create or operate multiple accounts.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your identity or location.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engage in any form of click fraud or artificial inflation of ad views.
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Submit advertising that violates our Advertising Policy.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or CoinzCash staff.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• CoinzCash may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Suspended accounts may have withdrawals frozen pending investigation.
• Upon termination for terms violation, any remaining Silver, Gold, and balance may be forfeited.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data, Silver, Gold, and balance will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

13. Limitation of Liability

• CoinzCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• CoinzCash is not liable for any loss of Silver, Gold, or funds due to platform changes, technical issues, or market conditions.
• CoinzCash is not responsible for third-party services (payment processors, email providers) used in connection with the platform.
• Your total liability from CoinzCash shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to any claim.

14. Changes to Terms

CoinzCash may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
